SHAME

“My name is Vicky Chisholm and my daughter is missing. She made a mistake… I just need her to come home.”

After explicit images have been shared online, Keira disappears. Vicky waits alone for her daughter’s return with only Keira’s online existence to turn to for answers.

Shame is a new mixed media theatre production, investigating the concept of shame in modern society. Fusing live text with projected media, Shame questions how far people go to express disgust, empathy and support for a stranger in this hyper connected culture.
